| Heights Realty™ was founded in 1993 by J. Dirk Peters. In 1991, after spending 10+ years in the advertising business Dirk Peters purchased a building at the corner of Central & Hanna Avenue's located in Tampa's historic district Old Seminole Heights. With the original purchase meant to house his Advertising & Corporate Photography business. Having sold real estate on a part-time basis since 1985 Dirk then turned his focus to real estate on a full time basis. Since 1991 he has rehabbed some 15+ homes in Seminole Heights, Wellswood, Bay Crest, Egypt Lake and Carrollwood. These experiences have added a wealth of knowledge to his real estate portfolio of knowledge. | Raquel Martini Coryer, a 3rd generation Tampanian and Seminole Heights resident for over 11 years, serves on the Board of Directors of BGoSH as Vice President. Raquel is very excited about the changes that are taking place in Seminole Heights and is extremely familiar with everything happening in and around the Seminole Heights community. She shares and hopes to perpetuate the vision of continued growth and improvement for the area. Raquel is a Commercial Realtor with Levin Investment Realty Corp. The firm specializes in assisting its clients with the acquisition and divestiture of investment properties and new site locations. She consults with clients looking for investment diversification and new opportunities.
